Armenians are Caucasian people. Armenia is a country and Armenians are an ethnic group, not a race.

Caucasian = White

So many people get race and ethnicity mixed up.

Middle Easterners are Caucasian. East Indians for the most part are Caucasian. Although some are oriential and Veddoid.

Armenians, along with Persians and Georgians, are considered Caucasion. When filling out the U.S. census, we are told to put "Caucasion/None Hispanic White". We are Caucasion because of our geography..but we are not "anglo-Nordic White people". I've have also heard the term "Indo-European" used.
