The closest you'll get is the concert which is available on video, called Les Miserables in Concert: The Dream Cast. They took several actors from different casts and created a "Dream Cast" and performed it with a huge choir and many actors. It's very well done and much of it is acted though not with all of the sets. It was performed at Royal Albert Hall and starred Colm Wilkinson, Philip Quast, Ruthie Henshall, Jenny Galloway, Alun Armstrong, Lea Salonga, Michael Ball, Michael Maguire, Judy Kuhn, Anthony Crivello, Adam Searles & Hannah Chick with a total company of over 250. It's very well done and I highly recommend it though I would love for them to put out a DVD of the musical production :-)

No.
The only film version that includes the music is the Les Mis 10th Anniversary Concert. I enjoy it a lot, so I recommend you watch it.
There is a film version with Liam Neeson, Uma Therman, Claire Danes, etc, but they leave out the character Eponine completely. It's still good to watch though.

that could be a action picture version of the musical with one vast exchange. interior the musical version there is not any spoken communicate... that is all sung. interior the action picture they have extra spoken words, however the musical is notably close to to the unconventional. some transformations, and for sure that is abridged (shorter) yet actually the storyline is the comparable.
