Is it true that if you tie enough of them together (inflated), you can make a liferaft out of them?

Storage bags for lightly greased( non petrolem based greases) ball bearings of various sizes that will not get RUSTY.Waterproof containers for MANY survival items,such as DRY MATCHES,,,DRY TENDER,DRY FOODS,DRY MEDICINES, AND EMERGENCY WATER CONTAINERS. I do not feel like writing any more......
