Ever heard of the 'Michael Jordan Foundation", he had numerous charities, but he never wanted to be overly public about it, in my opinion a mistake, because guys like the one above me only believe the media Hype. Go read one of his books, it is talked about extensively in there.

Jordan was and is very generous. He wasn't the best teamate to have, (believed all the hype, treated his teamates like they were there for him, not like they were all part of one team) at least in his early yrs. in the NBA. He did and still does provide the Laney basketball teams with Air Jordans and other apparel.

I know that a portion of revenue generated from the sale of his merchandise goes to education initiatives. I saw it printed on the box of my Air Jordan shoe.

obviously jordan would win in his prime. jordan is the best player to play the game. kobe is the closest you get.

MJ.....Ruined the Game of baskeball....."be like mike"......yeah right!.........(sigh).....a tool for corporate America/a manufactured hero.....that's what MJ did for his community.
