that everybody (almost everybody) was thinking they would be right now. Is it time to quit on them and think of playoffs without them, or is LT gonna bring them back somehow. (No way it's Rivers from the way he performed against the Chiefs).

Also, let me hear some opinions on the Bears. Expected to be NFC champs, or at least get close to it, should be count them out?...

The Chargers will get it together. Norv Turner is a horrible NFL Coach and your team would do you a great service by getting rid of him. Unfortunately for me the Chargers are playing the Broncos next week and I look for the Chargers to run LT down our throat. Our defensive line couldn't stop a toddler. LT has a big game and brings back some confidence to the team.

The Bears are in a rough spot too. Lovie Smith picked the greater of two evils with Brian Griese. Rex Grossman isn't the problem. That offensive line is the problem. They forced Rex into situations he shouldn't be in. The Bears defense has also taken a blow due to injuries. Don't give up on the Chargers just yet. They'll work out the kinks and get back into the groove.

Norv Turner has no hope of turning that team in San Diego around. Thats just reality, he cant coach and he is coming into a place where they went 14-2 last year and they lost everything except the players. Sometimes its not all about the players, its about the system. Wonder if they were wishing they wouldnt have let Brees go about now. Chicago still has hope actually, I mean they could trade all 3 of their QBs and get a decent one, but that wouldnt help their ground attack. Chicago is also a lost cause.

The Bears have not shown they have the offense or defense to win their own division much less the NFC,their punt returner can't win games by his own self
