Yes, they have made changes. Isnt it great? i like it this way. Something new and fresh than the last time. At first a bit confusing to answer as your avatar is on the right side. But on personal note, I like it! Keep up the good work Yahoo Answer.

Oh, you must be using the new "flipped" system. Some people are using it kinda like "testing it". If you sign-in again, you will probably get the "old screens" back.
