No matter WHAT type of "relationship" it is, forcing someone to perform a sex act is sexual abuse and is punishable by law.
Your statement about the victim being "innocent" is nullified by your using the term "forced". Innocent or not, she is a victim of rape.
No one in their right mind would blame this victim, and the police and court CERTAINLY will not blame her.
As to your question about her being a virgin, if she was not vaginally penetrated, she is still a virgin, technically. Though certainly her innocence is lost.
If this is a real scenario, would you please see that it is reported to the authorities? It is your responsibility as a citizen (and a human being, for that matter).

If he "forces himself on her" and "makes her" perform any kind of sex, then yes, it's sexual abuse. It doesn't matter who knows what or who's a virgin. And while it doesn't make any sense, yes, there are always those willing to blame the victim.

1. a girl is still a virgin until the penis is fully inserted into the vagina.
2. any unwelcomed sexual act is sexual abuse, molestation, or rape.
3. it is never the girl's fault if a guy forces himself on her. it is the guy's fault. he is the one to be blamed. it doesn't matter if the two people are in a relationship or not.
4. "giving in" to a sexual act is not and never will be consent. if somebody tied up your best friend, put a knife in your hand, and held a gun to you saying "stab your best friend or i will shoot you in the head," and you did it. you would be giving in, not consenting. so "giving in" is not consent!
5. ALWAYS REPORT SEXUAL ABUSE, MOLESTATION, AND/OR RAPE! don't let the perpetrator get away!! ESPECIALLY IF THIS ACT IS HAPPENING TO A MINOR!! call your state abuse hotline or talk with a trusted school official immediately!

What you are describing is rape. A husband cannot force his wife to have sexual relations with hi magainst her will, so relationship has nothing to do with it.
I'd call the police, get a lawyer and press charges. If a guy does that to a woman that is despicable and the scumbag should be heading to the graybar hotel!

Of course this is sexual assault it could even be considered rape if you were forced to do anything against your will.
I'm pretty sure you can differentiate right and wrong... it's not that hard... right - your man respecting your decision to not have sex. Wrong - Forcing himself on you...
If you were a virgin before this, and he didn't enter his penis in you, then you are still a virgin...

any type of force or coercion is abuse.. takeing advantage of someones vulnerabilities is not only abuse it is against the law.. no matter the age.. all abuse is illegal.. and should not go un reported... if the girl is vulnerable through an intelligence disorder or physical or psychological disorder.. it is Abuse.. and it is a crime..if you know of that happening and you do nothing..you probably won't be blamed.. but you could be held responsible for knowing about it and allowing it to go unreported... if that is the case.. you have a choice.. be a man..or be a mouse..

This girl needs help ASAP. Yes it is abuse. It is in no way her fault. She needs to contact a counselor or someone. The guy may face charges, maybe not, but the girl needs to get as far away from him as possible!!!!

If the the girl makes a complaint to the police it would be followed up through the court system. There and many facts to consider which you haven't covered.
