I don't recall a Flash movie, but years ago there was a Flash TV series. Search on that and see if it isn't the one you wanted. Or check out Toonopedia, which has a good article covering the Flash.
For the ultimate in Flashiness, there is a link from glcorps.org: 'those who ride the lightning', which covers every single super speed character ever to apprea inthe comics (most of them are descendants of the Flash or alternate versions.) But they are worth checking out.

John Wesley Shipp played Barry Allen/The Flash in two seasons of a "The Flash" television show starting in the fall of 1990 and ending in the spring of 1991. Videos are available of the first episode, an episode starring Mark Hamill as the Trickster (sometimes identified as "Flash II"), and two episodes featuring the Flash teaming with an-invented-for-TV-hero known as "Nightshade" (sometimes identified as "Flash III"). The Barry Allen version of the Flash also appeared in two made-for-television specials featuring the Justice League of America in spoofs of the superhero genre. There has never been a theatrical release of any film featuring any version of the Flash, although one was announced as being in pre-production two or three years ago (the project has since been shelved).
I remember the television series, which wasn't bad but wasn't particularly outstanding either. Shipp was decent in the role of Barry Allen/The Flash, and co-stars Amanda Payes and Richard Beltzer were watchable. The effects were decent, but the scripts weren't very good although they were no worse than most television scripts and better than some. The firetruck red Flash costume and the super-speed effects were the most memorable things about the series.

Okay first every child has heard of the human centipede so many say that they've watched it when they got freaked by the trailer. It's not suitable for a child of 10 it's an 18 for a reason. And it may affect your child's mental health state and development more than you may think. I wouldn't recommend anyone watch it let alone a 10 year old
