A pharmacy is a place. In that place you will find a pharmacist. A pharmacist is someone with a doctorate in pharmacy (PharmD) who has been to college between 6-8 years.
The average pharmacist in the US earns $84,900 per year. Some earn more, some less. If you only worked 40 hours a week (you'll work more) that's over $40 per hour.

A pharmacy technician on average makes about $13 per hour.
A pharmacist makes on average about $100k in retail and about $90k in hospital. The government's numbers includes part time pharmacists.
