My family was so dysfunctional that we were always laughing cause we didn't know it! We laughed all the time........neighbors knew we were dysfunctional with all that laughing/ inside some of us were crying.

You got it right. It goes between the s and the c. Seriously, dysfunctional people can have fun too. Its the functional people around them that suffer.

dysfunctional is all on its own . you are in charge of your own destiny nobody else. life's what you make it ,so to answer your question only you know how dysfunctional you are and where the limitations are .
