yes im pretty sure that your conversations can be monitered like they do for major companies. and for instance. when you send text messages and you delete them. they are still there and if someone wants to acess them. like your parents then they can. so yes phone conversations can be recorded on a cell phone

YEs it can if someone has a scanner and can find the right signal, so watch what you say sometimes skip will take the signal and who won't know hears it too

Yes anybody in range can listen in with just a normal police scanner.
