Yea.... It is trustworthy.. Just make sure you give them the correct information , specifications and you copy your confirmation code down... you should be set... If you have a printer print out the last informational sheet and take it as your receipt...

it is, since it is the website of Apple, the maker of ipods. Like others have already said though, make sure that all the information you send is correct, or else it might get delivered somewhere else.
