How is it that the kid who seems interested in Claire can fly? Are they repeating powers or is that Sylar or someone related to Nathan?

It could be a variety of things. It could be telekinesis, like what Sylar has, which enables him to float silently, it could be gravitic repulsion or magnetic repulsion. He might only have been projecting his image up there. Maybe he reduces his density until he is as light as air and then eats beans. We don't know yet.

I don't see any real reason for powers not to repeat, but I don't think the writers of the show would do that, for variety.

He might be controlling the winds (like Storm of the X Men) to lift him. There are a lot of possibilities.

Like I told my sister, the kid is hovering / floating in the same place. This could be an alteration or mutation from Nathan's power. If you remember, Nathan can fly but he can't stay on the same place for long periods of time.

He can fly like Nathan. According to the comic books, he can fly above 31,000 ft without suffering any effects. Producers confirm it is similar to Nathan's power. But, this is Heroes, I'm sure they also served a twist on that. ;D

my question is, why was he watching her. the fact that he has powers made people ignore the fact that this creepy guy she just met is watching her through her bedroom window
