You can play one on one just like normal, but it starts to get a bit tedious when you only have one trade partner. Especially if the other player never wants to let go of a property. Until you start building houses and hotels it's really impossible to win the game. So unless you get lucky and get a whole set the game could take a very long time.

sure there is. both players take responsibility for their own bank transactions lol and also keep conversation going cos it gets boring if the game is silent...
