Leg warmers and a LEOTARD! YAY!
Then feather your hair and spray the WHOLE bottle of hairspray on it. It might work to wear a belt around your waist over the leotard, too. A solid colored swimsuit with a tight fitting t shirt underneath will look groovy, too.

the movie Flashdance? Watch it and get ideas, there are a lot of different outfits in there to choose from, then go to Goodwill and buy some stuff!

Wear a leotard, tights, leg warmers and a sweatshirt. Cut off the sleeves and the knitted part around the neck of the sweatshirt.
