I need to know if i will pass a pee test if i used to smoke about 3 times everyday. i havent smoked in 35 days. i weigh 130 pounds. the test is the kind you buy at cvs or walgreens.

You'll probably be ok, especially if you have very little excess body fat. 30 days is usually the max amount of time for the THC to clear your fat cells, where it's stored. Good luck.

If you are skinny/have a high metabolism, then the THC will exit your body faster than most people's will....
For normal folks, it takes about a month, give or take a few days, depending on metabolism and how frequently you smoked beforehand, for THC to leave the body.
The tests at CVS/Walgreens aren't as sensitive, as say a blood test. You should be fine, but be sure to drink plenty of water (but not TOO MUCH, as it will dilute your urine significantly, and the tester will know) before your test. Just drink the normal eight-ten glasses a day!

Marijuana stays in your system up to 30 days, so you're very close but probably out of danger.
