I think I would stay with a traditional name to go with such a unique sur name.
Perhaps one of these suggestions
William Paul Gaither
Thomas Michael Gaither
Patrick Andrew Gaither
Anthony Michael Gaither
Mark Allen Gaither
Stephen Robert Gaither

go with a common first name. My last name is unique, and VERY commonly mispronounced....so I'm glad I have a common enough first name (Courtney).
Actually, Courtney goes well with your last name too.
Courtney Lauren Gaither. (Lauren's my middle name :-) )
boy-

Names with a "G/J" sounds in the middle will flow well with the starting "G" sound in Gaither.
Something like:
For a girl..
Abigail Gaither
Angelina Gaither
Angeline Gaither
Angelique Gaither
Bridget Gaither
Imogen Gaither
For a boy..
Hugo Gaither
Keegan Gaither
Kingsley Gaither
Benjamin Gaither
Elijah Gaither
Hope that helps! :)
