I've told you mine, but I'll tell you again, Eggplant Parmesan. And I make it from scratch, very yummy.

That's funny you asked as my Italian sweetheart made some delicious chicken parmagiana tonight for dinner with some pasta. She also makes great spaghetti and meatballs, Italian stuffed mushrooms, egg plant parmigiana, and a Caesar salad with homemade dressing.

My fave is my own eggplant parmagiana which is my mom's (Lord rest her soul) recipe -- and better than any restaurant's I have to say. My chicken parm. is good too and I do make many other homemade dishes, being of Italian heritage. I love cooking these for my sweetie and his friends and family.
