a have a friend who is mildly disabled and he is 20 years old.He says that girls are not meant to him cause nobody won't even be his girlfriend.Do all disabled people act like that? when they don't like girls?

People with some types of disability are more likely to be single, because they don't like too much contacted. But I can't say without knowing him. It could just be low self esteem. He might need to work on some area before think about having a relationship.
there are also people with disability happly married. Other taken advantage of in relationship.
Just because he is not dating or living with a girl does not make him gay. Why is there a race to be in a relationship as young as possbile and then seperated because you where too young.

Aren't you the person who is mildly disabled? Do you think that just because you are 20 and haven't had a girlfriend yet that it will never happen? So instead of trying to explain why you don't have a girlfriend you think it is the girls who are the problem and blame them?
20 is still young - you have lots of time to have a girlfriend.

He sure is lucky to have a friend like you to ask all his questions for him and yes when folk are disabled and lack confidence and cannot get a girlfriend they do pretend not to like girls, chek out his stash of porn, chances are it is all girls.and he is straight, if it is Boys or ladyboys maybe you have a difficult decision to make regardig how close a "Friend" you wish to be.

Do all disabled people act like that? - NO. That is just him. NOT ALL people with a disability are like that.
Just let him be him. May be he DOES like girls but has (for the moment) "given up" because he felt that the disability is his handicap when it comes to havig a relstionship.
I have many friends and have supported lots of people who have various type of disabilities and they like the opposite sex - just like any ordinary people out there.

He may just be shy so pretends it doesn't hurt not to have a girl friend, leave him alone when he wants to date he will.
He actually might not like girls at that age they can be pretty petty about things like looks or education. I am female and didn't like any other girls until I was about 22, I was raised with boys and found little girls shallow.

Your friend have a very low self esteem, and he is afraid of rejection because of his disability. he just need time to look things over. you can desensitize him by letting him make friends with girls (normal girls, who doesnt take friendship for granted and who are not super beautiful). also, tell your friend that not all girls he met will have to be his GF.

what is his illness/disability it might be if he has a mentle condition its not his fault.
he might be gay, or have low self confidence, there's any number of things try to get him out and about a bit more it might just be that he's feeling a bit depressed its hard when your disabled you just feel stuck in the house all day.

He's just being realistic. No normal girl,even an ugly normal chic wouldn't even touch a disabled male with a 10-meter mete-rod.I can't get a date ever. If normal nice guys can't get dates,then defiantly don't expect a disabled man to get some(unless he pays for it)

He may or may not be gay, but if a girl has hurt him in the past then he might simply feel bitter towards them all. Or perhaps he has what I think of as the 'Superman' complex: If he can't be as manly as he thinks he should be, or if he can't solve all his girl's problems like he thinks he should be able to, then he gets upset by it. I know a guy in a wheelchair who is dumb enough that he thinks that he'll never be wanted or good enough for any girl because he can't walk. Well, so what. All it sounds like your fellow needs is a good swift kick in the backside for feeling sorry for himself and then some girl to come along and prove him wrong.
