Sometimes, a site says that you have to enable cookies, and I habitually block a cookie sometimes, then the site doesn't work, even after I erase all cookies. How do I get it to work again?

You need to enable the cookies for them to work, you can always clear the cookies afterwords.
Another option is to keep them enabled and set your internet options to clear them automatically as well as your history.
I keep mine set to hold them for 0 days, that way they clear automatically on their own. You can always manually clear them too. It's easier then turning them on and off as you need them.
