Nothing like buying votes with the taxpayers money. I'd like to know there the $20 billion annual price tag for this is coming from. Another cigarette tax?

These are the same people who laughed when Russia announced a similar program. The whole point is that Hillary wants to be President so much that she is willing to bankrupt the country (even more) in order to get the office.
The whole process is pathetic and the scary thing is it might just work.

She is trying to buy votes. This is what I've been saying that she is trying to buy her way back into the White House. This is also a socialist idea. Where will the money come from?...from hardworking taxpayers like you and me. This is redistribution of wealth; a core value of socialism.

Yes it is her buying votes with tax payer money at that. She doesn't care how much damage is done to this country as long as she gets to be the president. She is as power hungry as Putin and Chavez..

I say let's fix the social programs that are already screwed up before they create more to screw up.
Start with Social security and maybe lowering tuition

I didn't realize that the Clintons were rich enough to afford to give $5,000 away to every new born baby. Bill is really going to have to hit the speech trail now. Unless of course she plans to use somebody else's money to do so. Who's money could that be? I wonder...hm-mm!
