I either watch TV, read, or, if all else fails, I will find something around the house that needs cleaning. That usually helps!

well if i have a lot of time, and i wat to sleep, i take some valerian root extract. it doesnt put you to sleep if you cant, but it will make you drowsy, and it gave me the funnest sort of hallucinations that i was flipping up and down weightlessly over my bed. but i knew it wanst real. it was really cool. also wears in a few hours if you dont sleep.
