Okay I am having trouble putting in a tampon. Is it supposed to hurt the first time or am I not doing it right?

When inserted correctly, your tampon should never hurt. At first, you might feel a little strange but it goes away quickly as you become more and more comfortable with your body and tampons. Best of luck!

Not supposed to hurt but you should have it all the way up, like as far as you can put it (you will feel it in correctly if you don't really feel it, kwim?) Also, this may sound stupid but when I first used it I didn't really know you were supposed to take the cardboard part out (I know, dumb right? but it really felt funny so I knew something must have been up).

If it hurts, theres something wrong... Make sure to aim for the tip of your spine (top) so it'll get up right. Follow the directions...it may feel a little weird, but it won't hurt... Try a smaller size if it hurts that bad!

It shouldn't hurt, but be a little odd. You need to make sure you have plenty of lubrication up in there so it should slide right in. Make sure you have it in far enough as well, or else you'll feel it and it won't feel good.

It can be uncomfortable. Try putting a little lubricant on it or buy the kind that have a plastic or coated guide, and relax as much as you can.
