my xbox360 just sracked up my halo 3 disk is there any way i can return it to gamestop for a new disk?

As long as you lie to them. Other than that, you would have to contact Microsoft to send you a replacement copy.

If you bought the game from Gamestop and you have receipt and everything, I'm guessing you could exchange it.
