I mean he promised a 50 point game in a win against Portland last year and he wasn't even close in a blowout loss...

yeah i like Gilbert Arenas the way he play and how he entertain the crowd with his streak shooting. and i agree that gil-zero should keep his mouth shut and just show it in his game, make his team mates better and carry his team to success.

What a joke! Same thing happened when he came to Washington... He declared he was better than Jordan but end up having a losing season! It was not until Antawn Jamison settled in Washington that they had a winning season in Washington. lol! Of course he can brag all he want but we know how much damage KG alone can inflict to the Wizards.

that qoute was actually from his nba blog. i am a serious arenas fan, he is the most awesome player ever, in my eyes he would own anybody in the nba, but still his predictions are usually right, i think the one u mentioned above was the only one he got wrong. boston is the team to beat this year, and i think arenas would be the one to do it. he's only gettin better every year, this year should be mad good for him if he dont get injured. so yeah, i think boston is gonna lose.

Nah...he shouldn't tone it down. Agent Zero is super fun to listen to and read. I love his blog. He's entertaining and eccentric...the NBA needs more guys that are crazy in a good way like him as opposed to guys like Artest. His predictions are fun and sometimes off the wall. Either way, it makes a whole lot more people interested in the game just because he said that. It will bring even more energy to that game. It will be fun...it's a good thing.
