If you mean "are they androids?"....I can't tell, maybe.
If you mean where they put together specially as an act, no. They are biological brothers. A well-known manufactured musical group was the Monkees from the 1960s. They did not know one another before a music producer joined them together as a band, then promoted them.

If you mean that their voices are inhanced and that they actually can't sing, than no. You can tell when someone actually has a really good voice, and when someone doesn't. And with those guys, they difnitley have really good voices.
