this is so not fair. k-fed only wants the kids so she will pay child support. he obviously cares nothing about family or children for that matter, because he left his first girlfriend, shar jackson, with a child and pregnant wit another. im not a fan of britney but this aint right

I'm srry but k-fed is now seen as the only sane parent of Sean P and Jaden. Yes...he partied while they were married but he was not doing this s*** Britney's been doing. She lost her kids because the judge gave her too many chances...after he told her he was going to let her keep the kids as long as she followed some simple rules...random drug and alcohol tests and a few parenting classes which k-fed is taking too...she went out to a nightclub the same night the judge set up that order...not to mention she's been driving without a CA licenses this whole time...even if she couldn't drive...she could've gotten a driver...I am sorry Britney fans...but she's over...

TMZ knows exactly why Britney lost custody -- She ignored the Commissioner at every turn.
Rewind to last month. L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered Spears to do a number of things in order to maintain 50/50 custody.
Spears was ordered to meet with a drug counselor -- she didn't do it.
Spears was ordered to submit to drug testing -- she didn't do it.
Spears was ordered to enroll in parenting classes -- didn't do it.
Spears was also required to sign the judge's order -- again, she didn't.
And last Friday, Commissioner Gordon prohibited both Spears and K-Fed from driving the children unless they had a valid California driver's license. Gordon was pissed today when TMZ posted video of Spears cavalierly driving her kids around Malibu.
In short, Spears did everything wrong ... by doing nothing.
So let me ask you this? Why do YOU think Britney has lost her kids?

I dont think either one of them is a fit parent. I think the grandparents of these children should come into play . I mean if they are not available an aunt or an uncle . these kids are messed up enough they dont need any more hassle .

if you've grabbed a magazine lately you would know that she wasnt meant to be a mom but a stripper. i think he actually cares about his children. i mean he already has enough money, he got paid 300,000 for breaking up with britney
