I know its usual to make noise when programs start up, but why does it continue....sounds like fan in CPU. Usually during internet use....thanks all!

When was the last time you cleaned it out with compressed air? If dust builds up it loses cooling capacity. Could be a large part of your problem.

the thing that makes noise is your cpu fan.... you can make it quiter by using these way:
1. use fan controler program (like speedfan or set the fan speed from bios)
2.use quiter fan or passive heatsink (try look in thermaltake or artic cooling website)
3.use water cooling to cooling your cpu

Dayum Lamar if ya dont have any disc's in ur drives and ur hard drive is doing ok.....i'd have to say da fan....i unpluged my **** n took Da cover off got the vacuum machine out n squirted some WD 40 on that bugger.......worked great on the celling fan in the bed
room too......all is quite !,,,,,yee haww 4 wd 40

just lower your speaker and volume
