I'm sure you and everyone else on here would have lost custody of your kids if you had paparazzi surrounding you 24/7 and finding things to show how "bad" of a parent you are...and then the media putting their own spin on it..I really feel bad for her. And do you *Really* think those kids will be better off with their loser dad, Kevin? The only reason he wanted custody is so that he can get an enormous amount of child support. If he was such a great daddy he would have fought for custody of his other kids (but he didn't because they couldn't make him money from child support)....

Quite honetly, why does America care so much 'bout this BS? My opinion is this, these kids are doomed. Britney walks 'round nude in her house around the kids. Flauntin' here flab to poor lil kids who cant even tell her top put some damn clothes on. She parties like it's 1999. I mean the damn biatch cant even put on a pair of underwear. Let me just add this... if it were u or me who did these things as well as get caught driving 'round with your kids in your lap, then without a doubt we'd lose our children. Britney's kids have my pitty, cuz both mommy & daddy are so messed up & it's a shame that two people like that mated & had children. Get ready in 18 years cuz one will be a another drugged out teen star & the other will be breakin' into our cars & homes to steal shiit for his quik fix.

I think it's a good thing. Those kids didn't need to live in that sort of enviornment any longer. Who'd a thought Kevin would come out seeming like the more responsible parent? I hope this gets Britney to turn her act around.

I think its best for her kids but it's really sad to see her go through this and her life turn into a train wreck. We all just wanna see the Britney she was when she was 17 good and clean Britney, without the washed up husbands!

I think it's a good thing. From all the reports I've been seeing, she needs to go to rehab and get her life straight before she brings her children back into her house. It's for a good reason, and if those were my kids I wouldn't do what she's been doing.

Maybe losing her kids will turn her life around, and if it doesn't, I don't think anything else will. She's 25, she needs to start acting like it.

It's really sad to see it happen, but she is not fit to be a mother right now. She has been digging herself in a deep hole. The kids aren't being looked after properly with her. I don't like Kevin much, but he will be more fit for those kids right now. I just hope now she has a wake up call and cleans up her act, then someday she can get some custody to her kids back.

Those kids might do better being thrown in foster care.

Sorry to say that, cause I think foster care system is contaminated.

I'd say the best place for her kids would be with family members who are looking out for the best interest of the children.

I personally don't think either parent should have those poor kids! They need a LOVING home to grow up in, not a dump! I don't believe either parent loves them which is very sad because other people would die at the chance of having children.
