Rugeria

The borders of Rugeria extend from the north pole, southward to the northern shore of the Panama Canal.

The culture is one of self reliance, with virtually NO government sponsored "social" programs. Every single family who is not self sufficient must rely on charity from the community for sustenance, and they will be expected to make reparations over time.

In short there is NO FREE RIDE, if you cannot support yourself or your family, then you perish.

Bill of rights

Our Bill of Rights is all that's needed--all limiting the powers of the federal government. Too bad the left wants to eliminate most, if not all, of them.
