I just moved, but kept my old address. It's the same house and the mailbox is the same. I changed my utilities and that's all. My driver's license is the same, my address is the same. BUT now I'm getting mail address to the new address when I have nothing saying it's my new address. My utility company told me that they did not give my new address to anyone. The only other person to have this "new" address is the 9-1-1 dispatcher and they told me they do not sell addresses. So how did my new address get to these advertisements???

How is this "new" address public record anyway??

All my mail goes to a P O Box and the utility company has sent all my bills there for the past several years.

I take it you do not have a telephone, no TV, no cable/internet access, no ISP provider, no services at all at your new address. Everything just "moved" through the ether to your new location.
