Unless you go to college in some area completely unfamiliar with students from your area, this won't be a problem. There seem to be some grades missing from your scale as well (no minuses!), and that will be obvious. Your transcript will also clarify class rank, so unless the reason for the scale is that you are competing with an unusual number of really bright students, that will let them know how you compare to others.

Colleges usually have access to that scale and your class rank. They take both into consideration when evaluating your GPA.

That information is generally included on your transcript, so colleges are aware of it.
