Crystals cat eats 1/9th of the food every day if he eats it all in 45 days , there is no way to know which cat eats more since you did not give any information about Tabs buying habits or Tabs cats eating habits.

5/45 or 0.11111111111 (and so on) of a pound per day. for # 2 you need to know how much tab's cat eats
