The very idea that democracy is a system of befitting reply to communism is bad in politics, religion and ethics. Religion is the weapon in the hands of freedom-lovers like US and human-crushing communists. World suffered coldwar, US vs USSR, genocide vs humanity. So, the saffron clad Buddhists are used both by US and China, as one enemy of capital block,USSR has already been destroyed; now it is the turn of US-China, the loosing bastion of crushing humanism. Myanmar is under the influence of communism, waiting to crush Buddhism. Buddhists dont know now what they are doing. Even if Lord Buddha preached desirelessness, their utopian thought that US model democracy will deliver something is asking them to rebel now. Buddhists should know that US is a missionary and also save themselves from communists. But not by instigation of his sort. US finds olympics as a ruse to eradicate communism, as China in view of olympics and to appear human-friendly, has asked its judiciary to go slow on death-penalty, release from prison long-term freedom-seekers etc., US thinks it is time to strike now at China. China will have a reason to crush religion now. As for Japan, it is a land 'once bitten twice shy'; US-phobia triggers alert in them. that's why they are contradictory; another land of Buddism, Japan knows away from US is nearness to communists, near to communists, wrath of US, equidistance from them is safe.
