I heard that Apple is coming out with a new devise that is called "Newton". Is that really true or just a random rumor?

And if it it true does anyone have a pic?

The Newton was an obsolete PDA.

It was infamous for having handwriting recognition that didn't really work but which the marketing department advertised despite the engineers asking them not to mention it (though eventually they did get it mostly working).

Apple dropped the Newton line sometime ago and don't look like brining it back.

They already released an apple newton, a couple decades ago... It was a PC. If it was a new one, it would be called the iNewton, though :)

dude. the newton came out like 15 years ago. it was a pda. people think they are making a new one because of the iPod touch, but these people are morons. there is no "newton 2" coming out. ever.

oh and to the others. it was not any type of computer. it was a PDA. ok like a palm pilot.
