Tylenol is the only over the counter medicine that is safe to take while pregnant. However, if you continue to have terrible headaches, your doctor can prescribe a more powerful, yet still safe, painkiller. Good Luck!

They say that you can take Tylenol, Regular strength however, if all you have is the Extra Strength which is more common to have then instead of taking 2 take only 1.

i had really bad headaches in the beginning of my pregnancy. my doctor told me Tylenol was safe to take, just not advil or aspirin. I was too scared to take anything tho becuz i miscarried before this pregnancy, so i just suffered. :(
i used hot packs on my head and back of my neck, that worked good. Tylenol should be good tho

I have suffered from migraines for years. When I was pregnant my doctor prescribed and oxygen tank. It took a half hour or more to work but it worked great and it is totally safe. Good Luck and God Bless.

Only Tylenol. Don't take asprin or anything containing it as it is a blood thinner and can cause a miscarriage.
