well i in 8th grade and idk what happened but thet part used 2 be SUPER white and now they are just average e/ the lil blood vellel things showing. cuz monday is pucture day and i looking 4 stuff i can do for then cuz i want 2 have a good 8th grade pic.......pleale help

protein/ eye drops.
(protein and good diet calls for whiter nails too, assuming you clean them properly)

i would recommend seeing an eye doctor actually. I have callus' on my eyes, because I rub them too much and the white part of the eye developed a thicker bump area that has red veins on it. My eyes always look that way. Nothing wrong with my eye, but just always have the red things on it. and no amount of eye drops or protein helps according to my doctor.
the best thing for a good picture is to put on a nice smile.
