Bothell is a nice area that varies between having a bustling shopping center area and more quiet small town areas within the same town. It's just a quick drive up Bothell Way to Seattle (to the Lake City area). It sits near Kenmore, Kirkland, Woodinville, and Redmond in the north/northeast'ish area of the Eastside of Lake Washington. It's not a bad area and is close enough to everything else to be accessible in the Seattle area.

Bothell is a unique city which is part of the greater Seattle metro area and is situated right on the King/Snohomish county lines with sections of the city being on both sides! The public transit systems serving Bothell are good as well with several routes making commuting around the area easy.

It is right in the middle of the HWY 405 mess. There are some good restaurants: Qdoba Mexican Grill, Outback, Canyon's, etc. Nice shopping area at Country Villiage, although the rent at those stores is quite high and it is reflected in the prices.
