Does Canadian money and American money have the same value? Like say if you have $599.99 American dollars is Canadian money $599.99 or more or less?What would it be if it isn't?

They are not the same. The exact value difference varies all the time. According to an online converter, $1 Canadian = $1.01 American. So right now they are very close. I have seen it where they might be as much as 15% different.
