i also have seen them in winn dixie
a grocery store here in the south i live in florida
i have seen them in the mall that way too

Usually in stores around the beach, since I live in California. Most people have the decency to at least wear sandals or flip-flops, though.
I personally would never go into a Walmart barefoot, though. it just seems like a bad idea. Things get broken and dropped in the isles all the time...

um in arizona in CVS pharmacy cuzz its soooooo close to us, some ppl go barefoot
