o my gosh!! u wouldn`t believe it...i was on my way to answers and i tripped over a basketful of questions in my haste to see you. questions everywhere! i have never seen so many questions and because of the basket ..i fell into the file cabinet and the bottom drawer fell out and i could not believe my eyes...files upon files of unanswered questions!! i am here for now but i have to go back soon as i don`t want to carelessly leave all those questions right there for anyone to access....have you seen how some folks answer???

optus have stuffed me around so bad, ive been on the phone with them for the past 5 hours on and off, they had to change my broadband settings cos i was still set up and paying for their dial up for 2 months more than i had to, they forgot to cancel it when i got broadband, so i had no internet while they changed it all, then it wouldnt work, so i had to leave the computer till it was all set,,,,,,,3 hours later!
