There are no risks that I know of, if there is anything to worry about, your doctor is the best person to tell you that.
Other than that, the only thing is the weight gain, just try to eat healthy, healthy foods, and drinks lots and lots of water, that way your weight gain will be minimal, that is, if it's a concern of yours.
I have a friend that got pregnant three months after having her first daughter, and she's doing just fine. She didn't gain much weight, and there where no risks whatsoever. Her girls are both very healthy, her oldest is about to turn two, and the youngest about to turn one.
Don't worry, everything will be great. All I can suggest is, to love your first baby as much, that way he wont feel the mayor change that's about to happen in his little life.
CONGRATULATIONS!! You've been blessed twice.
*edit*
this is for KLEO, she won't get saggy or flabby, or anything of the sort as long as she takes care of herself and eats healthy and gets the time to exercise. I'm not a Britney fan, but I think she looks great for having one child after the other, there are many mothers out there that would love to have the body she has.

You should talk to your doctor about this. Breastfeeding, although not a totally effective birth control, was nature's way of spacing out our children reasonably. But in the past, it was not uncommon for a woman to have one baby right after another, esentially being pregnant "all the time". Our bodies are meant to bear children, but you should discuss this with your doctor, as your individual health can and will play a role.

I had my pregnacies with my two sons 6 months apart. There is an increased risk of a smaller baby so make sure you get good nutrition. There is also a small increase of chance for preterm labor. But if you take care of yourself you will be fine.
The smaller baby thing though isnt always true because my second child was 9 pounds 2 oz lol soo.... not small.

Assuming you're in normal health, no worries. One of your most fertile periods is immediately after delivering, so it shouldn't really come as that big of a shock that you got pregnant again so soon.
I have a neighbor who has now popped 13 kids in a little under 15 years without complications. The only downside is that it will make it harder for you to shed the weight (assuming you want to that is), after your second delivery as your body will have gotten used to the pregnant you.

You'll go through gaining another 30 pounds and you haven't gotten rid of the last weight gain.
Nothing real risky. My mom got pregnant with my sister 4-6 weeks after having me. She is fine.

You'll be fine. But use birth control after the next one and give your body a bit of a rest.
