American citizens are losing their rights & freedoms. American citizens are losing their constitution. Some states are giving drivers licenses to illegal aliens. American businesses are giving jobs to illegal aliens. Some Americans want to give In-state college tuition to illegal aliens. Americans have to press 1 for English. America is lowering it's standards to people who don't even have a right to be in our country. America's borders, language, culture, traditions, & constitution is being watered down. America is losing what makes it America, thanks to pandering liberal activists & politicians who want to give illegal aliens what ever the hell they want. If you love America then you have to stand up & fight for it, before it gets to late.

Why don't they? Because it's not as big an issue as the media makes it to be. Think about it. Nobody cared about illegal immigration before there was this huge media storm in recent years (9/11 and terrorism has helped fuel this issue). I don't remember this media storm back in the 90s.
America is about MONEY. And illegal immigrants raise the nation's gross domestic product. If illegal immigrants caused financial stress, states such as California and Colorado would have done something to get rid of them. But they don't. Know why? Illegal workers only help their economies.
You have to remember that there are two components to the illegal immigration issue. ECONOMIC and SOCIAL. Neither side has provided a solution that addresses both of these components.
And Americans aren't losing rights and freedoms. If an illegal immigrant gets a driver's license how do I lose my freedom?

I don't know what you are talking about. I agree, illegal citizens shouldn't be here. But you are exaggerating.
Then again, your ignorance just made my day.

Many are, but too many politicians in Washington and elsewhere either aren't listening, or are ignoring the outcry. It does work sometimes though. Remember the amnesty bill which was going to be passed a few months ago. Enough people convinced their representatives that they should not support it that it was killed. It is being resurrected however. There is an "alliance" between business who wants cheap labor, unions, who want new members, politicians who want new voters, and some people who just want cheap stuff. Couple that with certain judges who, as you point out are watering down the Constitution, we have a problem. As Patrick Henry pointed out a few years back, "the price of freedom is eternal vigilance," and a lot of folks are asleep on guard.

Same problem as Britain, a government that only cares about business and profit, hence the importation of cheap labour on a grand scale.
Recent case of an immigrant person employed as a cleaner working a 48 hour six day week for a wage of £70.00 or £1.46 per hour, and we are supposed to live in the fourth richest country in the world.
Human Rights Act, Working Time Directive, Minimum Wage a sick, sick joke.
If you are reading this and are thinking of coming here don't bother, stay in your own country and build your own economy up to a decent standard.
It may take time but it will be worth the effort.

Yes, we are losing our rights, freedoms, and constitution, but this has nothing at all to do with illegal immigration. Do immigrants take our rights away, or does the government?
As for the rest of your complaints, it would take too long to address them one by one. I will just say that immigrants built this country, and have made it what it is today. What makes this country unique, and what gives it its strength, is the mixture of cultures we have always had. I hope we can continue that tradition for many years to come.

More Americans do not speak out about illegal immigration because we live in a society of self centered people. If something does not directly effect them they could care less about it when it does effect them they will scream at the top of their lungs. Yes illegal immigrants are a drain on our society. We afford them welfare, food stamps, free medical now in state college tuition, and they are even considering giving them social security. If the social security issue passes where do you think the goverment is going to get that money. Social security is deducted from a persons pay and put into a social security fund. If you are an illegal and getting paid under the table you are not contributing to this fund therefore the money that they will receive will come from an American who has contributed to the fund. Not all American Children can afford to go to college yet we will offer free in-state tutition to illegals?? Hospitals have literally been bankrupt and gone out of business due to non-payments of hospital bills incurred by illegals. But all of this in the eyes of your average amercian is not effecting their here and now. They do not see that the longer that we allow this to happen the worse that it will become. When they do realize what they are going to lose it may be to late.

How the hell are we Americans loosing our rights and freedoms? Have you ever stopped to think what America would be like with out immigrants. Who would flip your burgers? Who would scrub your toilets? Who would make your bed on vacation? These are all things that Americans, that can make more money won't even think about doing. All the factories are full of immigrants. I mean why are people so ignorant. If America was 1 day, just one day, without illegals it would suffer, no question about it. Stop and think.

because of the fact unlawful immigration is a concern. the reason i hate anti immigrant communities isn't as a results of concept its there tone of voice and action. they are asserting throw any family contributors whos right here illegaly out no rely that they been right here 15 years and have familys right here, and that they say those "Mexicans" are ruining our society etc. i think of the situation is they rigidity down the wages, a pair of years in the past shape jobs use to be no longer undemanding artwork yet they paid stable. now unlawful immigrants rigidity the wages down. so im for a reform allowing people who can prepare that they been upstanding electorate to be allowed to enhance into electorate yet they ought to enforce regulations on employers and tighten the border.

Well the most basic explanation for this is simply because people are lazy. Im not trying to offend anyone or anything but that is the simple truth. In most people's minds, taking out illegal immigrants that take the lowest jobs for minimum wage or lower will increase their taxes. They think that it will cause a decrease in people that take lowest jobs and people will have to start paying minimum wage or maybe even more. They will have to provide wellfare and etc. They need to give higher wages because citizens would have families to support and would thus need insurence and etc.
Basically this is what most people think...

Bush has been in office 7 years, 4 of which with a republican congress, so dont even put this on 'liberals'. Reps talk a lot of smack about how they want to do something, but bottom line is, many of their constituents are business owners who couldn't survive without illegals.
Blame your local politician, and try uniting people against immigration instead of dividing them, then maybe we can do something.
