Although it is possible to translate the numbers of your birthday into Roman numerals, the Romans would not have expressed the date in that way. A string of numbers like that would be meaningless and they did not use decimal points or full stops.
They had a very formalised way of describing dates which continued to be used in England by the Catholic Church well into the Middle Ages. Dates towards the end of a month, June, for example, were said to be "so many days before the Kalends (first day) of the following month". X Kalendae Julius would be ten days before the first of July (the Romans included both the first and last day of the calculation), meaning 22 June.
So your birth date would be X Kalendae Julius MCMLXXIX
