or companies that need you to help them provide wire transfers for their clients who are out of the country and they pay you a 5-10% commission? Are they legitimate or is this a scam to get your bank account info?

Definitely a scam! Dont' give them any info and ignore that from now on

They are scams. They'll send you checks and tell you to cash them and wire the money to them - eventually, maybe not the first check, one of their checks will bounce and you'll be out the money that you wired to them.

anything you receive on an unsolicited basis is considered phishing and is most def. a scam.

beware of any deal the looks too good - no one gives away money.
