I'm going to Dubai in January, what will the temperature/humidity be like?
What should I bring with me (type of clothing, converter for electronics, etc)?
Do I need notes from my doctor for my medications?

The weather is so nice here in dubai during Jan, not too cold and not hot at all, just perfect! Over here, we use the same plug as in UK with the same voltage.
If you are coming in Jan, you will be in the Dubai Shopping Festival. So maybe you dont need to bring much clothes, just bring lots of money! :)

The temperature in January is pleasant and goes down to 20 centigrade. It depends on what you plan to do, if you are going to confined indoor, normal clothing would do, but if you plan to travel outdoors at night carry some warm clothing. It is normally 240 volts so carry a converter as per your appliances. It is safer to carry notes from your doctor just in case you have problems at customs.

In January the weather is very pleasant so summer clothes and a jumper will be enough to adjust to the hot days and very cold shopping malls.

Maybe you will need a light jacket or sweater as it may get cold at night. JUST A REMINDER TO EVERYONE WHO VISITS THE UAE----DON'T BRING ANY ILLEGAL DRUGS--PENALTIES ARE HARSH----IF YOU HAVE A PRESCRIPTION MEDICINE THAT YOU TAKE BRING THE PRESCRIPTION WITH YOU.... and no getting drunk, goofing off or misbehaving at any way on any plane to or away from the UAE---they do not take misbehavior lightly
