I had Miadol then I had Miadol 4 hours later. Then I had tylonal 1 hour hafter that. My cramps and head is killing me. I read the warnings to it and they both said they contain acetaminophen and to not have it with anyother medicine that contains that. How Do I make myself throw up? And no I dont have a doctor

Sounds like you have a migrane, I get these to during my cycle. Not much you can do if you aren't willing to leave your house, I would suggest the ER if your in allot of pain, then ask your doc if it is a migrane and if they can give you a prescription so that you'll be ready for next month. Only other suggestion would be to drink a gatorade, these help me a little.

there are several ways to do this. a finger down your throat will usually work. If that fails, grab the mustard bottle and swallow a couple of tablespoonfuls. Just make sure you have a bucket or sink nearby as it will work fairly fast. Syrup of Ipicac will work as well but it can take up to half and hour to kick in. In the future, read the labels before taking any medication. You can also call the Poision control center for more advice.

I think you'll be ok. You spaced the medication out. It's far worse to take them at the same time. Plus, you didn't take much.

The reason they say not to mix the drugs is because of liver damage. But I think you'll be ok. JUST DON'T TAKE ANYMORE! If you wind up feeling ill, get to the ER for safety sake.

p.s.
I have done this many times myself. I really don't think you have anything to worry over. But you can always call poison control or the local pharmacist for advice.

You really shouldn't try to make yourself throw up, as that can be even worse. Contact your doctor and ask him/her what to do. Make sure you tell them the dosage of acetominophen in both medications.

If you have bad cramps and headache like this every month, you might want to tell your doctor about it. She might put you on the pill or change your script if you already take it.

Your dosage is probably not high enough to matter. But if it concerns you, call you local poison control center (it'll be in the phone book), and speak to your doctor soon.

If you REALLY need to vomit, try mixing mustard with milk. It's not pleasant, but it'll work.
