Easier to look it up in a dictionary mike. Anyway here's a freebie man 'cause i'm feelin' good to day.
Doubt = unsure, uncertain.
As in 'I was doubtful of the speakers remarks'
Disbelief= certitude in the falshood of a statement.
As in ' I listened in disbelief at the speakers remarks'

Doubt suggests belief with nagging questions.

disbelif is when some just doesnt believe what is happening
while doubt means that your questioning something of what your doing or something like that
