Yes, If the 13 year old has breast large enough, she should.
Most 13 year olds do wear bras.

I'm 13 and I'm a B. I would never go to school without a bra. when you are developing your nipples could show through and thats why thirteen year olds that are small wear bras. I need to wear a bra, yet some 13 year olds wear them to feel more grown up. If you are flat chested, you should probably wear at least a sports bra. I haven't heard of a 13 year old who doesn't.

Im a 13 year old girl and i've been wearing a bra for a year or so now. It depends on how big her breasts are. You could get her a training bra till she develops.
Im a 34a so iv started wearing a regular bra.

My daughter is 13 and she wears a bra. If you are growing breasts, you should be wearing a bra. My daughter started when she was 11 years old. I started to grow mine at 8 years old and have been wearing a bra since. It's not the age that matters. What matters is that, if you are growing breasts, you need to have support for them. Good Luck!

Most 13 year old do that's the age they start maturing, if they don't have anything yet try using a training bra

Depends on the size of your breasts, really. But I think by the time you're 13 you'll be wanting to wear a bra anyway, because you're old enough, and why not?

YES! Not matter what they're going to have something that would best be covered up. Even if it's just a cami, not a regular bra. If they have big enough breasts to possibly wear a bra YES. They would most likely feel uncorfortable without one anyway.

Yes they should! No matter if they're developed or not that's a great age to start on training bras/sports bras.

if you need one. sure, most teenagers wear bras at about the age of 12 some earlier depending on how developed you are. some have training bras at the age of nine. it just depends on your body type and attitude about wearing a bra.

well.. I am not a female, but I would think that if some girls that age are developed enough, they can wear a bra.. My daughter is 13 and she wears one.
