Had a party and now my robot is missing.....Is it common to expect that if you have a party, someone will take a souvenir or two?

Yep, it has happened to me a time or two.
My brother and his girlfriend was living with my husband and I for a few months, when they was moving, I noticed a few things of mine was missing. She still had a few boxes packed in the other room, so I looked and found my things.
AND yes I took them back and didn't say a word. BTW my brother dumped her a few months later.

If it was a party with close friends and family, then no.
But if it was a party with people you hardly no, then yes it is to be expected in the world we live in today.

I call that stealing. If you know who took it, depending if you want to maintain a relationship, just ask them to return it after they try it. Then to be nice, just ask if they liked it. If you don't care about them, ask them to send you the money to replace what they took. Don't let them get away with it.
